We cater to suit your every need. Airy loft rooms, luxurious penthouses, executive studios, 3-
bedroomed cottages, budget rooms and family rooms. All rooms are well-equipped with an en-
suite bathroom as well as coffee/tea facilities, high speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, DSTV channels and the convenience of a fully stocked mini-bar.

designs, posture, tone and service culture, including the meals are centred around the guest’s comfort and every attention to detail seeks to display this.
We are a lodge that gives you a home-coming city escape experience on a quiet and secure
estate. Ideally situated in the leafy and peaceful gated suburb of Sunninghill Gardens, a few
minutes away from the throbbing heart of the Sandton CBD and within reach of the major highway inter-changes, transport nodes and ideal amenities.
Our old world courtesy mingles comfortably with a tailored modern guest experience world-class touch as we pride ourselves on excellent service and high standards.
The lodge comprises of four custom decorated cottages that are stylishly themed with bright and
airy rooms – the French Quarters, the Urban Pad, Cape Cod and Plantations cottage –
surrounding the pool and entertainment area. Completing the landscaped gardens is the
executive suites block that is nestled unapologetically between tall trees that form a guard of honour around the building.
Like tall noble service soldiers: the trees stand in salutation alongside the walls and balconies, as
if in admiration of this architectural statement: which consists of 8 studios and 2 luxury
penthouses, designed and decorated to attain a four star grading. These lovely suites are
spacious – having benefited from old school building measurements where abundant space was the norm – and are beautifully decorated.
What’s a home without a family? Corporates groups, international business travellers, civil
society organisations, entrepreneurs, multi-disciplinary industry experts and leisure guests, have
delightfully cherished the home coming experience they have come to associate with our
establishment – and continue to do so – for both a long stay or short, as we consistently offer a great alternative to a hotel.
Guests can make themselves at home in our comfortable lounges or enjoy the warmth of our
fireplace. A complimentary breakfast in our sunny dining room will prepare one for whatever the
day has in store. In the evenings. guests are invited to watch the sunset on our patio overlooking the swimming pool.

Our family suites consist of a double room and a single room with a full bathroom. The bathrooms have both a shower and a bath.
Terms and Conditions
Check In Time: 14:00 (earlier by prior arrangement)
Check Out Time: 10:00 am (later by prior arrangement)
Deposits: 50% deposit is required on booking confirmation
Late check-in: Please notify the lodge in advance if you anticipate arriving after 21:00.
Reception hours: 06:45 – 21:00 Monday – Friday | 07:00 – 16: 00 Saturday | 07:00 – 21:00 Sunday
Meals: Breakfast from 6:45 am to 9:00am. Should you require lunch or dinner, please be sure to make prior arrangements.
Dinner: Served daily – order from our home cooked meals
Occupancy: Must be adhered to. If additional guests occupy the unit allocated to you, you will be charged accordingly.
Cancellations of 1 room: A cancellation fee of 50% is payable for a cancellation made within 48 hours of the reservation dates and 100% for “no-show” guests and cancellations made within
24hours of arrival date. Please note that cancellations must be made during office hours and a cancellation number should be requesteded.
Cancellation of 2 or more rooms: A cancellation fee of 50% is payable for a cancellation made within 72 hours. A fee of 100% is charged thereafter for the first three nights. Please note that
cancellations have to be made during office hours. The reservation office will provide a cancellation number.
Payments: For the safety of our guests and ourselves we no longer accept cash. We will gladly take you to the bank where you can deposit the cash into our bank account, but no cash will
change hands on our premises. Account holders are to pay invoices on presentation. Travel agents paying with credit card will only receive a 5% commission.
Damage to property: property: Although we understand that accidents happen, we do however charge for negligent damage to our property. We either charge the customer the replacement value or the full cost of repairs.
